A man has been taken to hospital following a single-car crash at Strathfield today, NSW Police say.
Just after 3.30am tomorrow, police and emergency services responded to reports of a car into a power pole on Liverpool Road near Hill Street.
The driver of the car was released a short time later and was taken to Royal Prince Alfred Hospital in a stable condition with leg injuries.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
The crash has caused some traffic delays on Liverpool Road due to power lines on the roadway.
Diversions are in place and motorists are urged to check livertraffic.com for further updates.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
