Police are investigating a fatal crash south of Wollongong today, NSW Police say.
Just after 7am today, police and emergency services were called to a crash on Wattle Road at Shellharbour.
On arrival, officers located a crash between a bicycle and a 4WD.
A man in his 50s riding the bicycle died at the scene.
The driver of the 4WD was not injured and was taken to Wollongong Hospital for mandatory blood and urine testing.
Specialist crash investigation officers were in attendance and a report is being prepared for the information of the Coroner.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
