East Gippsland Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a burglary in Bairnsdale earlier this month, Victoria Police say.
Detectives have been told that entry was gained into a Bailey Street garage between 12 April and 14 April and a gun safe was forced open.
Four rifles and two shotguns were taken from the safe.
