East Pilbara Detectives are seeking the public’s assistance for information to assist with their investigation into a serious assault that occurred between 4am on Thursday 12 and 5:30am Friday 13 January 2017 in South Hedland.
A 54 year old woman was located unconscious by a member of the public in the early hours of Friday 17 January 2017, in a vacant block near Daylesford Park, WA Police say.
The woman had received serious head and facial injuries and was conveyed to the Hedland Health Campus for treatment.
Detectives wish to speak to anyone who was in the vicinity of Daylesford Park during the above times who may have seen the woman or has information regarding how she was injured.
