Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Kenneth Morgan, Victoria Police say.
A warrant has been issued for the 23-year-old’s arrest over assault-related matters.
Police have released an image of Morgan in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Morgan is described as 180cm tall with a thin build, olive skin and short straight hair.
He is known to frequent Wodonga and Albury, and also has links to Queensland.
Anyone who sights Morgan or has information on his whereabouts is urged not to approach him but instead to contact Crime Stoppers.
