Council crews are patrolling roads to assess any damage caused by heavy rain and flooding and removing debris and blockages.
Council is aware of landslips on the Princes Highway at the Kiama / Gerringong bends northbound, which has one lane open. Transport for NSW, who manage this road, are working to resolve it. Check Live Traffic NSW for updates.
Another landslip in a railway line cutting near Bombo Station is also being managed by Transport for NSW.
All local beaches and rock pools remain closed due to dangerous conditions and poor water quality.
Council lifeguards have repeated their warning for people to remain clear of beaches and low-lying coastal areas, with current conditions expected to continue into next week.
Council will assess damage to beaches and rock pools once conditions are safe enough to do so.
