A Gippsland woman's routine breakfast took an unexpected turn when she discovered a life-changing $620,369.07 win in TattsLotto draw 4449 on Saturday 9 March 2024.
The east Melbourne resident's win was one of eight division one prizes that split the $5 million Saturday Lotto jackpot.
She shared the win unfolded casually over breakfast when she decided to check her lottery ticket".
“We were having breakfast yesterday morning and we decided to check our TattsLotto ticket.
“We couldn’t believe it once we saw the amount.
“It’s a life-changing amount for us!
“This ticket was just a QuickPick – I guess they’re my lucky numbers now!
“We’ve been playing for years and years!
“I think we’re just in too much shock to decide what to do with the prize.
“I must say we looked at the ticket about 10 times to make sure it was true."
