An elderly man has died in hospital following a collision in Frankston earlier this month, Victoria Police say.
The collision happened at the intersection of Fawley Road and the Cranbourne-Frankston Road on 7 April at 6.15pm.
Police believe a Toyota Corolla sedan, travelling south on Fawley Road, collided with a Toyota Hilux utility which was travelling south-east on the Cranbourne-Frankston Road.
The driver of the Corolla, an 89-year-old Frankston man was conveyed to hospital but unfortunately passed away on 17 April.
