Karratha Police are seeking information regarding the whereabouts of missing 46 year old man Phillip John Powell who was last seen around 3:00pm on Wednesday 15 March 2017 in Baynton near Karratha.
He is described as fair skinned, approximately 169cm tall, with a medium build and short brown hair. He has several tattoos including a sleeve tattoo to his right elbow and a dragon tattoo on his right thigh., WA Police say
Mr POWELL may be wearing shorts and thongs and was last seen riding a ‘GIANT’ brand bicycle similar to attached photo.
Mr POWELL has not been in contact with any of his friends or family which is out of character and police have concerns for his welfare.
Anyone who sees Mr POWELL or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to call Police immediately on 131 444.
