Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate a missing man from the Blue Mountains, NSW Police say.
Ian Hatton, aged 42, was last seen at his home on Bunbinla Avenue, Mt Riverview, just after 5pm today.
About 8.30pm police sighted his vehicle at Lurline Street, Katoomba, however it has since been moved from that location.
Police have not been able to contact Mr Hatton since.
Officers from Blue Mountains Local Area Command along with Mr Hatton’s family hold grave concerns for his welfare.
Mr Hatton is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 180cm tall, of thin build, with black hair and green eyes.
Anyone with information on his whereabouts is urged to come forward or contact police.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
