Police are appealing to the public to help them locate an elderly woman missing from Avoca Beach on the state’s Central Coast, NSW Police say.
Eileen Gardiner, aged 88, was last seen at a bus stop at the intersection of The Round Drive and Carolina Park Road about 1pm yesterday.
Concerned family reported her missing to police after searching Gosford Railway Station and local bus stops.
Mrs Gardiner suffers from a medical condition that requires medication.
She is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 175cm tall, with a fair complexion and short dark hair.
Mrs Gardiner was last seen wearing a light coloured top, and was possibly wearing light blue pants and cream coloured slip-on shoes.
Anyone who sights her or has information about her whereabouts is urged to notify police.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
