NSW Police Seek Help Following Kings Cross Serious Assault

Detectives have released images of four men who may be able to assist with the investigation of an assault that occurred in Sydney's east last year.

About 2:30am on Sunday 17December 2023, officers commenced inquiries into the assault of a 30-year-old man at the intersection of Darlinghurst Road and Macleay Street, Potts Point.

NSW Ambulance paramedics treated the man at the scene before he was taken to St Vincent's Hospital, Darlinghurst in a stable condition. He has since been released from hospital.

Officers were informed that the man was allegedly assaulted by four males not known to him.

As inquiries continue investigators have released images of four men who maybe able to assist with the investigation.

The first man is described as Caucasian male, about 25-30 years old with a solid build. Wearing a dark blue or black t-shirt, black cap, tan shorts and black sneakers. Has a large tattoo on his left calf.

The second male is described as Caucasian male, about 25-30 years old with blonde hair and a medium build. Wearing a black t-shirt with a white collar and white stripes down the arms, blue jeans and white sneakers.

The third male is described as Caucasian male, about 25-30 years old with short brown hair and a medium build. Wearing a black t-shirt, grey pants and black sneakers.

The fourth male is described as Caucasian male, about 25-30 years old with short brown hair and medium build. Wearing a tan t-shirt, blue jean shorts and white sneakers. Has a large tattoo on his right forearm.
