Police Appeal To Locate Teen Missing From Campsie

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl missing from Sydney's south-west.

Jingyuan Zhang, aged 16, was last seen at a home on Beamish Lane, Campsie about 7pm on Friday (29 March 2024).

When she failed to return and could not be located or contacted, officers attached to Campsie Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into her whereabouts.

Police and family hold concerns for her welfare due to her age.

Jingyuan is described as being of Asian appearance, about 160cm tall, of thin build, with long dark hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing reading glasses, aa black t-shirt, white pants and black sport shoes.

Jingyuan is known to frequent Riverwood and Campsie.

Anyone with information into her whereabouts is urged to call police or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
