Police investigate Mount Gambier fire, SA

Police are investigating the cause of a fire that destroyed sheds of a business at Mount Gambier overnight, according to SA Police.

Just after 10pm on Thursday 30 June police and fire crews were called to a business premises on Crouch Street South after a member of the public reported seeing flames coming from a building.

When patrols arrived, they discovered a fire at the rear of the property with three sheds fully engulfed in flames. Fire crews worked to extinguish the fire and prevent it from spreading to neighbouring buildings.

The cause of the fire is yet to be determined and police fire cause investigators are attending the scene later today to examine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
