Police investigate supermarket burglary in Drouin

Police are appealing for information following a burglary on a supermarket in Drouin yesterday, Victoria Police say.

Investigators believe three offenders drove to the business on Young Street about 1.30am in a dark-coloured sedan, believed to be a VT or VX Commodore.

The men forced entry to the supermarket using jemmy bars and a demolition saw.

Once inside they have used jemmy bars and a cordless grinder to gain entry to three safes at self-service registers.

They then fled the scene via the front door with a quantity of cash.

The first man was wearing a dark grey hooded top and white pants, the second was wearing a black hooded top with ‘Original 20’ written in white and dark-coloured pants.

The third man was wearing a dark blue/green hooded top and red gloves.

All three men were wearing gloves and hooded tops, restricting view of their faces.

Investigators have released images of three men they believe may be able to assist with their enquiries.

Anyone with any information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
