An investigation is underway after the body of a man was located on the state's mid north coast overnight.
About 6.40pm (Wednesday 22 November 2023), emergency services were called to Batar Creek, Kendall, after a woman had located a 43-year-old man unresponsive outside a home.
Members of the public commenced CPR prior to the arrival of paramedics, however he died at the scene.
Officers from the Mid North Coast established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the man's death.
