Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 15-year-old Bailey Graham, Victoria Police say.
Bailey was last seen about 1.45pm at an education facility on Racecourse Road in Pakenham.
Police and family have concerns for Bailey due to his age.
Investigators have released an image of Bailey in the hope someone can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Bailey is urged to contact Pakenham Police on 59452500.
