Police seek help to find missing boy at Forestdale

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a 12-year-old boy missing from Forestdale.

He was last seen in the area around 10.30am on Friday, July 9 and is thought to have possibly caught the train.

Police and family hold concern for the boy's welfare, given his young age.

He is described as Aboriginal, around 165cm in height, of solid build with black hair and brown eyes.

The boy was last seen wearing black shorts, a dark blue shirt and may have a black jumper with him.

Anyone who has seen him or has further information is urged to contact police.
