Police Seek Information On Assault In Katherine 8 May

Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to an assault that occurred in Katherine last night.

Around 11:40pm, police received reports that a 30-year-old male was allegedly assaulted by another male at the front of a service station on Katherine Terrace, Katherine.

Katherine general duties officers attended the location and provided first aid to the victim who was then transported to Katherine Hospital to received treatment for his injuries.

The offender left the location prior to police arrival and investigations to identify him are ongoing.
