Police seek witnesses to St Albans collision

Police are appealing for witnesses to an alleged hit-run collision in St Albans earlier this month, Victoria Police say.

Investigators have been told a silver Toyota Corolla collided with a black Aprilia RSV4 motorbike about 1.30pm on 5 August.

The collision resulted in the motorbike rider, a 22-year-old St Albans man, being flung off the bike and across the bonnet of the car.

It is believed the driver of the Toyota did not stop at the scene.

The motorcyclist did not sustain injuries.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact Crime Stoppers.
