Police are investigating a suspicious fire at a vacant shop at Balmoral in the early hours of this morning.
Around 3.30am police and emergency services were called to Riding Road after reports of a building fire.
The fire was extinguished with moderate damage caused to the inside of the building.
A crime scene was declared, and investigations are ongoing.
No one was injured in the incident.
