South Hedland police are investigating a serious crash that occurred on Saturday 27 August 2016 resulting in two people being injured.
Approximately 1:40pm, a white Suzuki Swift was travelling north along Wilson Street Port Hedland when near Six Mile Creek the Suzuki collided with a grey coloured Mitsubishi Triton that was travelling south on the same road, WA Police say.
The 26 year old female driver of the Suzuki and the 29 year old male driver of the Triton received serious injuries and were conveyed to the Hedland Health Campus for treatment.
Police would like to speak to anyone who may have seen the crash or either vehicle prior to the crash. Anyone with any information is asked to call Crime Stoppers.
