The Regional Tech Hub is an independent, free service. It has been set up to help people who live and work in regional, rural, and remote parts of Australia to realise the benefits of being digitally connected.
The Hub provides help to people living in regional, rural, and remote areas to get connected, stay connected and make the most of new technologies. It provides up-to-date and impartial information about available technologies, as well as help to navigate the world of troubleshooting. Support is available through the Hub's website, phone support line, and/or social media pages.
The Regional Tech Hub is delivered by the National Farmers' Federation in partnership with the Australian Communications Consumer Action Network (ACCAN) and Better Internet For Rural, Regional and Remote Australia (BIRRR). It is an initiative of the Australian Government.
