Cessnock City Council is proud to announce the opening of a new and revitalised playground on Harle Street.

The unveiling marks Council's ongoing commitment to providing safe, accessible, and enjoyable community spaces for local families to connect and thrive.

Cessnock City Mayor Jay Suvaal expressed his enthusiasm for the opening of the new facility.

"The revitalisation of this community playground is a testament to Council's ongoing dedication to fostering a vibrant and healthy environment for local families to enjoy," Clr Suvaal said.

"This space will serve as a hub of joy and laughter, where children can create lasting memories."

The newly refurbished playground replaces aging equipment with modern, inclusive structures, designed with considerations of the diverse needs and interests of young children.
