Police are currently at the scene of a partial building collapse at Marrickville today, NSW Police say.
About 2pm (7 November 2016), emergency services were called to the corner of Addison Road and Cook Road after part of a two story residential home collapsed.
No one was injured; however police have closed part of Addison Road as a precaution until the building is declared structurally sound.
Addison Road between Illawarra Road and Enmore Road has been closed.
Cook Road between Addsion Road and Victoria Road has been closed.
