Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing 24-year-old man Travis Hilton, Victoria Police say.
Travis was last seen on 8 February.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to medical conditions.
He is described as 180cm in height with a medium build and short brown hair.
Police have released an image of Travis in the hope someone recognises him and can provide information regarding his current whereabouts.
Anyone with information about Travis is asked to contact Sunshine Police Station on 9313 3300.
