Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing teen Chastity Gledhil, Victoria Police sayl
The 17-year-old was last seen at an address in Briar Hill on Thursday 28 September.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to her age and length of time she has been missing.
It is believed Chastity may be frequenting the West Heidelberg area.
Chastity is described as 165cm tall, medium build, hazel eyes and blonde hair with blue streaks.
She is also possibly in the company of a 25-year-old man.
Police have released an image of Chastity in the hope someone recognises her.
