Seven Hills Ute Accident Claims Woman's Life After Week

A woman has died following a crash in Sydney's west last week.

Emergency services were called to Federal Road, Seven Hills, about 3.30pm on Thursday (25 April 2024), following reports a vehicle had struck a pedestrian.

Officers attached to the Blacktown Police Area Command attended the scene and found a 79-year-old woman had been struck by a Toyota utility allegedly while it was negotiating a three-point-turn.

The woman was treated at the scene before she was taken to Westmead Hospital. Police have now been advised the woman died earlier today (Thursday 2 May 2024).

The driver of the utility – an 80-year-old man – is continuing to assist police with their enquiries.
