Task Force Magnus Hunts Man With Outstanding Warrant

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant under Strike Force Alpina.

Strike Force Alpina was established by State Crime Command's Homicide Squad, before it was taken carriage of by Task Force Magnus, to investigate a fatal shooting in Greenacre earlier this year.

As part of ongoing inquiries, today (Wednesday 20 December 2023), strike force detectives applied for, and were granted, a warrant for the arrest of Anthony Pele.

Anthony Pele, aged 22, is wanted by virtue of an outstanding arrest warrant in relation to alleged serious and violent offences.

Detectives have information to suggest that Anthony Pele is overseas, but as inquiries continue, are appealing for anyone with information about his whereabouts to come forward.
