Teen Dies In Hospital After Langwarrin Collision

An 18-year-old teenager has died in hospital following a collision in Langwarrin last week.

It is believed a Toyota Aurion was travelling west when it collided with a pedestrian at the intersection of Southgateway and Frankston Cranbourne Road, about 7.15pm on 2 May.

The pedestrian, an 18-year-old from Langwarrin was taken to hospital where he died on 6 May.

The driver of the Toyota, a 60-year-old man from Carrum Downs, was uninjured and stopped at the scene.

Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
