Three charged with drug supply after music event, NSW

Three people have been charged after a music event in Moore Park yesterday, NSW Police say.

On Saturday 12 August 2017, officers from Surry Hills Local Area conducted a drug dog operation during the music event in Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park.

During the night, police conducted 34 person searches and three people were charged for drug possession and drug supply.

A 20-year-old man was arrested after police allegedly located 104 capsules, believed to be MDMA. He was charged with drug supply and was refused bail to appear at Parramatta Local Court tomorrow.

A 22-year-old woman has been charged with drug supply after police allegedly located 54 capsules, believed to be MDMA. She is due to appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday 7 September 2017.

A 23-year-old man was searched and police allegedly located 23 capsules, believed to be MDMA. He was charged with drug supply and is expected to appear at the Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday 7 September 2017.
