Brisbane barrister Tom Sullivan KC is the State's newest Supreme Court judge.
Mr Sullivan is among the State's leading construction barristers and was highly respected in his recent role as President of the Bar Association of Queensland.
Mr Sullivan ran a busy commercial practice from Lucinda Chambers, where he appeared at both trial and appellate levels in State and Federal courts and tribunals.
Mr Sullivan is recognised for his expertise in large and complex building and construction disputes.
With a focus on insolvency, construction, banking and corporations law, Mr Sullivan represented national and international clients.
Mr Sullivan went to the Bar in 1995 and took silk as Senior Counsel in 2008.
