Police are investigating after a man was unlawfully wounded in Surfers Paradise overnight, Queensland Police say.
Initial investigations suggest that a man was on Surfers Paradise Boulevard at 7.50pm when he suffered a puncture wound in his back.
A 24-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
Investigations are continuing.
