As put by Detective Sergeant Brent Menzies:
Police investigating the fatal fire at a residential address at Burnham Military Camp have determined the fire is not suspicious.
However, Police will continue to make enquiries on behalf of the coroner.
Police can now release the name of the 16-year-old female who died in the fire.
She was Elizabeth Marvin from Selwyn, also known as Lizzy.
Our thoughts are with her family and friends at this difficult time.
