Secretary of Defense Lloyd J. Austin III spoke today with his counterpart from the Netherlands, Minister of Defense Kajsa Ollongren, to discuss the critical need to provide additional air defense capabilities to Ukraine.
Secretary Austin applauded the Netherlands' continued leadership in providing security assistance to Ukraine and generous donations to date. Both principals look forward to continued cooperation through the Ukraine Defense Contact Group.
