Where You Can Attend ANZAC Day Service In Ballarat

Ballarat residents are encouraged to pay tribute and remember those who have served the country by attending an ANZAC Day service across the municipality next week.

ANZAC Day will be commemorated on Thursday 25 April, with several services held throughout the City of Ballarat.

City of Ballarat Mayor, Cr Des Hudson said ANZAC Day continued to be one of the most important days of the year.

"It is clear ANZAC Day still holds such an esteemed place in the Ballarat community and we see every year that the commemorative events draw huge crowds of people paying their respects," Cr Hudson said.

"I encourage everybody who is able to attend one of the services to honour our past and present service men and women and to pay tribute to their sacrifice."
