Police are seeking public assistance to help identify a man following an incident in Pakenham on 8 June, Victoria Police say.
Investigators have been told a boy had been within a school yard about 3.10pm when he noticed a man standing on The Avenue and lifting his shirt.
When the boy turned to face him, the man pulled down his pants and exposed his buttocks.
The man is described as Caucasian, aged in his mid-20s and about 160cm tall with a solid build, fair skin and short curly hair.
He was wearing a white T-shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
The man was last seen walking south along The Avenue.
Investigators have released a computer-generated composite of a man they believe may be able to assist with enquiries.
Anyone with information on the incident or who may be able to help identify the man is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
