Yorke Peninsula Man Faces Charges for Child Exploitation Content

A Yorke Peninsula man will face court today charged over child exploitation material.

As a result of information received, yesterday, Tuesday 16 April, SAPOL and AFP members of South Australia Joint Anti-Child Exploitation Team (JACET) attended at an address on the Yorke Peninsula to investigate suspected illegal online activity.

A 38-year-old man was arrested and charged with two counts of possess child exploitation material. He was refused police bail and will appear in the Kadina Magistrates Court today, via video link.

Every photograph or video of child exploitation material captures an actual situation where a child has been abused.
