NSW Police Seek Missing Teen, Toddler in Riverstone Area

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a teenage girl and her younger brother from Sydney's west.

Payton Felsch - aged 14 – and her two-year-old brother River Felsch were last seen together in Blacktown about 12.50pm today (Saturday 4 May 2024).

At the time Payton was using a black stroller with River.

When the pair was unable to be located, officers attached to Riverstone Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into their whereabouts.

There are serious concerns for their welfare due to their young age.

Payton is described as Caucasian appearance, 155cm, medium build with short brown curly hair.

She was wearing a green/blue hooded jumper, dark pants with light coloured love hearts and black thongs.

River is described as Caucasian appearance, 70cm, blue eyes and short brown hair.

It is not known what River maybe wearing.

Inquiries have established that they may have been at Penrith Railway Station about 6.13pm.

Payton is know to frequent the Blacktown, Penrith, Parramatta and Sydney CBD areas.
