Tim Caraco Tribute Exhibition

Freedom Machines 3 is a Posthumous Exhibition of much loved and celebrated Gold Coast photographer and filmmaker Tim Caraco.
Tim's family, together, have curated Freedom Machines 3 depicting works from the last years of the prolific artist's life. The exhibition will be an immersive experience for viewers, showcasing vintage motorcycles, photography and video, highlighting the places his adventures have taken him.
Included in the evenings line up at the Opening Event on Saturday 23rd February, will be live music, a preview of images from the soon to be released book Halfway to Nowhere ~ Tasmania, along with projections put together by Tim's close friends and associates from 40/40 Creative.
This will be the first in a series of Exhibitions and events to help realize the projects Tim commenced and had planned for 2019. The projects include the publication of his new book Halfway to Nowhere ~Tasmania and the restoration of his Panhead and the Halfway to Nowhere ~New Zealand project which is now set to become a tribute film to Tim, whereby friends and family travel the route already mapped out by the artist.
A well travelled photographer, Tim is best remembered for capturing vintage bikes, choppers and their riders from around the world in an honest reflection of machine and man. Highlighting the essence of riding and the visceral experience of motion through majestic mountain ranges, seaside villages, dusty back roads and cityscapes. The images Tim captured often motivate the viewer to explore the essence of freedom, the natural state where we all truly belong.

The Freedom Machines 3 Exhibition opens on February 23rd and runs through until 13th March 2019 All works will be for sale and orders will be taken for the Halfway to Nowhere book on the evening and throughout the Exhibition.
All proceeds will go towards the Tim Caraco Foundation.
