Leisuretime announced as Geelong's only Pop Up Auskick site in 2019

Kids will be able to keep their football dreams alive a little longer in 2019 as a new 4-week 'Pop Up' Auskick program is launched at the Leisuretime Sports Precinct.

Our Leisuretime Sports Precinct is thrilled to be working with AFL Barwon and AFL Victoria to launch one of only 6 Pop Up Auskick programs in the state.

Geelong's only Pop Up Auskick has landed just in time for Finals Fever! If your child missed out on Auskick this year, or wants to try it before next year....or just can't get enough of Auskick this is a great opportunity to get involved in the new Pop Up Auskick 4-week program.

This Auskick program will take place on the $2 million outdoor synthetic pitch at the precinct which was built to a professional FIFA-standard surface specification, so kids and their parents will be able to play, run, jump and kick on possibly the best surface in the region. AFL Barwon coaches and development officers will be onsite to help deliver a great Auskick experience for all involved.

Through specially arranged activities children learn important social skills, including cooperation and respect for others.

NAB AFL Auskick is simply the best introduction for kids into the world of Australian Football. Auskickers run, jump, kick, laugh, express themselves and create their own special moments that just happens to be footy. No matter if you know the game or not, Auskick is inclusive for everyone aged 5-12 at any ability to play.

Sign up for 'Barwon Pop Up Auskick program' from 4pm - 5pm Fridays and enjoy 4 sessions of Auskick fun for just $40. The program begins Friday 30th August and concludes on Friday 20th September 2019.
