Police appeal to locate missing man - Narrabeen

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man reported missing from Sydney's northern beaches.

Richard Woodcock, aged 88, was last seen at a home on Albemarie Street, Narrabeen about 5am today (Friday 5 March 2021).

He failed to return home and officers from Northern Beaches Police Area Command were notified.

Despite an extensive search of the area today, he could not be located, and police are now appealing for public assistance.

Police and family members have concerns for Mr Woodcock's welfare due to him living with dementia.

Mr Woodcock is described as being of Caucasian appearance, about 165cm tall, thin build, white hair and walks stooped over.

He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, grey pants and brown shoes.
