Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Thomas Barry, Victoria Police say.
The 34-year-old has several outstanding warrants for his arrest after failing to appear in court.
Barry is believed to be living in the North Melbourne area but is known to frequent the northern suburbs.
Police have released an image of Barry in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is described as 175cm tall with a thin build, fair complexion, red hair and blue eyes.
Anyone who sights Barry or has information on his current whereabouts is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
