The best way to lodge your complaint or send your request/feedback or question is by using our online contact us form.

If you are a person or party mentioned in the story or you have concerns about specific content or image that you believe is outdated, inaccurate or  should be removed, revised or taken down, you can use the online contact us form.

If English is not your language and you need to access a telephone interpreter, please call TIS National on 131 450 for the cost of a local call. Special nationwide telephone conference call facilities allow a three-way conversation between the English-speaking and non-English-speaking (NES) parties and the TIS National Interpreter. More information about TIS is available here: https://www.tisnational.gov.au/. It is also possible to lodge your written complaint in the language you are most comfortable with.

Mirage News makes every effort to avoid errors but with so many programs produced each day mistakes do sometimes happen. When errors occur, we act promptly and appropriately to make corrections in a timely manner and in a form most suited to the circumstances.

Mirage News is not a member of the Australian Press Council (the voluntary self-regulatory body) or the Media, Entertainment & Arts Alliance, but we attempt to be fully compliant with all laws and regulations, including community standards in relation to the handling of personal information and complaints.
