Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a man missing from Sydney's north west.
Matthew Altavillo, aged 33, was last seen at a medical facility in Hornsby about 3:30pm on Sunday 15 February 2026.
When Matthew could not be located, officers attached to Kuring-Gai Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.
Police and family hold concerns for Matthew's welfare.
Matthew is described as being of Middle Eastern/Mediterranean appearance, about 172cm tall, solid build, unshaven with short black hair.
Matthew is believed to frequent the Ettalong Beach area.
