Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's northwest.

Obie Ross, aged 11, was last seen on James Meehan Street, Windsor, about 11pm on Sunday 15 February 2026.

When he could not be located, officers attached to Hawkesbury Police Area Command were notified and commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police hold concerns for Obie's welfare due to his young age.

Obie is described as being of Pacific Islander / Maori appearance, about 160m tall, of medium build, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Obie is known to frequent the Kiama, Sydney CBD and Cronulla areas and utilises the train network.
