A colour-packed weekend for police

Police had the pleasure of attending two of the many festive events over the weekend as part of the Holi celebrations marking the start of the Indian Spring, Queensland Police say.

As chair of the Police Indian Reference Group, Inspector Joe Jaramazovic said the events are about celebrating good over evil.

"The events bring everyone together and when all are covered in colour, race really doesn’t matter," Inspector Joe Jaramazovic said.
