A thief exposed in Brunswick

Brunswick police are hoping to identify a man following a theft and indecent exposure incident at a Brunswick supermarket last month.

Investigators have been told a man attended a supermarket at the Sydney Road shopping complex about 9.25am on Friday 26 June.

The man took several items from the refrigerator section before attempting to walk out of the store.

As the man left, he was challenged by the store manager.

The man then pulled down his pants to expose himself to the male manager before fleeing the scene.

Police have released CCTV images of a man who they believe can assist with their enquiries.

The man was perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, about 190cm tall and aged in his 30s.
