Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Abdul Addo.
The 30-year-old is wanted on warrant for stolen property offences.
Addo is described as African in appearance, of thin build, with brown eyes and dark hair.
He is known to frequent the Braybrook and Werribee areas.
Investigators have released an image of Addo in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
