ACCC Greenlights Singapore Airlines-ANA Partnership

ACCC

On 19 August 2026, the ACCC granted authorisation to Singapore Airlines and All Nippon Airways to coordinate some aspects of their operations between Australia and Japan, and some other countries, under a Joint Venture Agreement.

The ACCC considers that the authorised conduct is likely to result in public benefits, and is unlikely to result in any material public detriment.

The ACCC decided to grant authorisation until 10 September 2031.

A copy of the ACCC's final determination is available on the ACCC's public register.
